Title: Sr. Project Manager

Job Description:
On-Demand Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the QSR industry located in San Antonio, TX. As a Project Manager, you will be expected to attend senior leadership meetings, document critical agenda items, and partner with project owners to ensure the timely completion of milestones and status updates.
The role requires a person with high-level project coordination skills who can effectively take notes during monthly management team meetings and help organize projects, action items, and related tasks into a coherent framework that is visible to the management team. The person will work closely with the management team to further document milestones, status updates, etc.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• At least ten years of experience in project management, including coordinating multiple project portfolios
• Previous experience interacting effectively with senior leadership
• Business acumen to follow complex discussions and effectively manage projects
• Proficient in using the MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Attend senior leadership meetings and document key agenda items
• Partner with project owners to coordinate milestones and status updates
• Work with key managers and their direct reports to gather status updates
• Clarify project details with management team members and ensure the right information is captured
• Provide visibility of projects to the manager in leadership meetings and updates
• Ensure that updates and details are accurate based on the leadership’s discussions
