As a Senior Security Engineer, you will provide technology expertise and support for our ever-growing security infrastructure, including design, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, reporting and upgrading hardware or software.
The qualifications we are looking for in a Senior Security Engineer include:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum of 5 years of IT security experience
• Practical knowledge of Automation tools or scripting
• Experience with security solutions and tools; IPS, EDR/Anti-virus, Proxy, Active Directory, Vulnerability scanning, PCI evidence gathering
• Excels at managing multiple priorities within established timeframes and quality standards
• Customer-focused attitude. Collaborative, team-oriented working style. Ability to present ideas at all levels of the organization in a business-friendly manner.
• Highly self-motivated; Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Desire to learn new security technologies without any previous experience
• Ability to coach and mentor peers and management
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required
• Can receive and assimilate feedback in a professional manner
These qualifications are a plus!
• CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
