Oracle Application Security Administrator

Title: Oracle Application Security Administrator

Location: 100% Remote – Local preferred 

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Oracle ERP applications performance and architecture and maintain the Cloud ERP reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
• Add and manage users and provision roles, and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
• Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by the project team.
• Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle-seeded roles as per the business requirement.
• Update and implement user security within Oracle ERP Cloud Security.
• Review and audit end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
• Develop ERP KPIs Metrics Reports, and Dashboards using PowerBI
• Manage Oracle Enterprise Scheduler Service and Jobs
• Manage Search in Oracle Fusion Applications
• Back-Up and Recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications
• Prepare to Troubleshoot Using Incidents, Logs, Quick Trace, and Diagnostic Tests
• Troubleshoot and tune All Layers of Fusion Framework Applications Tier, Middle Tier & Identity Management, WebCenter Portals & Reports

Experience and Skills Required:

• Overall ERP Administration Experience 7+ years of experience
• Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Administration
• Perform service-specific maintenance and administration tasks.
• View and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
• Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete administrative tasks.
• Works with internal staff, 3rd party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
• Monitors and communicates system performance metrics and works with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues.
• Secure Oracle Fusion Applications
• Enterprise Manager Cloud Control
• Monitor an Oracle Fusion Applications Environment

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the information technology field (BS Information Systems, BS Computer Science) and certification in a specialized information technology area.
