Job Description:
The Marketing Supervisor will serve as the hands and feet execution person for our merchandising and digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will use your ability to understand and execute merchandising campaigns following strategic objectives to ensure local restaurant marketing and displays and digital marketing drive desired objectives. This position will enhance customers’ in-restaurant shopping experience with display signage, social media, digital marketing, print information, and interactive content while providing them the online style monitoring and influencing tools they need to drive incremental sales.
Top candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, be self-managed, have strong time management skills, and understand basic marketing concepts. Our do-everything department offers the ability to work directly with local restaurants and marketing leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Execute new merchandising extensions to drive strategic growth by harnessing insights and crafting merchandising strategies, including positioning, identity, signature touchpoints, and go-to-market plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams and agency partners in new product developments, including promotional and distribution strategies, to optimize omnichannel engagement and help local restaurants use our full marketing kits.
• Develop Operator relationships to assist in the execution of in-store product and promotion display, digital marketing, and social media efforts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate marketing vision for product lines needed, target customers, timing, deadlines, and collaboration with designers.
• Work with vendors for displays and collaborate with designers and leadership to determine promotional approaches and adjustments.
• Coordinate the design and logistics of marketing materials and POP needed for events and outreaches.
Requirements:
• Merchandising, eCommerce, or Marketing education or experience
• Understanding of digital and print materials used in merchandising
• Ability to think, innovate and communicate at a tactical level
• Experience creating PowerPoint, Keynote presentations
• Experience driving a marketing campaign
• Understanding how the QSR industry works preferred
