Job Description:

ITSM (IT Service Management) Project Manager will plan, implement, and manage IT service projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, service delivery, and industry best practices like ITIL, while optimizing IT resources and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, outcomes, requirements, schedule, and resources.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• IT Service Management:
• Understand and apply IT service management principles and processes.
• Manage service delivery, incidents, and service quality.
• Ensure IT processes align with business goals.
• Optimize IT resources and processes.

• Collaboration & Communication:
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate project status and updates effectively.
• Lead and mentor project teams.
• Collaborative attitude and philosophy

• Required Skills:
• Strong project management skills. 3+ Years.
• Role needs regular JIRA cloud AND service management. 3+ Years.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

The projected hourly range for this position is $ 88 to $100.
