Infrastructure Project Manager
Contract through 12/31/25, probable to extend through 2026
Onsite hybrid

Our client is in need of a Sr PM for an equipment refresh initiative to oversee the process of managing equipment that has reached end of life, ensuring responsible disposal, potential upgrades and maintain business continuity.
Equipment includes but not limited to Cisco vision, routers, switches, end user compute, firewall, storage, radios and more. Project Managers in this PM need to be adaptable and flexible to write requirements, do hands on project planning, and work/present vertically across levels, and collaborate horizontally.

Work Description:
• responsible for the overall project leadership including scope/schedule/budget and business readiness plan.
• execute the project plan with assigned project resources to successfully complete business deliverables.
• ensure requirements are documented and ensure business is ready for the changes.
• manage multiple End of Life (EOL) infrastructure projects as part of the $6M EOL Refresh program.
• manage an upgrade program from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the entire enterprise.

General Responsibilities:
• Held accountable for the Implementation and Quality of Key IT Business Deliverables
• Engage the appropriate IT SME’s and construction contractors to work on the project as necessary
• Develop and execute the IT project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments
• Ensure IT Requirements are defined from Project Stakeholders
• Provide estimates for IT project components
• Identify, track, and lead the resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
• Ensure project adherence to IT policies, standards and processes
• Track, communicate and provide impact analysis of changes to IT Scope, Schedule & Budget
• Develop and execute IT Communication Plan for projects
• Produce monthly IT Project Status Reports for Leadership

Mandatory Skills:
• Demonstrated long-term contracting experience.
• Experience managing end of life equipment refresh initiative in multiple corporate environments
• Experience overseeing $5MM+ budget as primary PM
•  Infrastructure Project Management experience (3-5 years)
• Experience managing hardware lifecycle and OS upgrade projects including application test plans, cutover, and validation.
• Experience working directly with business leaders on their technology upgrades
• PPM / MS Project or other project planning software
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:
• Service Now PPM tool experience
• Experience with infrastructure projects in an airport or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading end user services
• Experience leading Microsoft Teams conference room AV projects
• Experience with E2D Asset Management practices

The projected hourly range for this position is $72 to $82/hr.
