Title: Analytics Lead
Location: Remote with Some Travel
Duration: 6 Month CTH
Job Description:
Needs to mature data analytics across the organization. Analytics contract to hire leader that would be responsible for all the reporting / dashboarding / self-service reporting for the organization. Role needs a people leader and an analytics leader with an IT mindset.
This role would have functional knowledge of Power BI and preferably retail experience. Team will be ~ 6 analysts focused on the various domains (sales, finance, supply chain, etc). This role needs strong analytical skills, strong business communications, and an ability to push back / prioritize business needs.
Requirements
• Previous experience with managing an analytics team.
• Knowledge of central analytics vs. self service reporting.
• Experience with scalability and planning
• Experience with project implementation (IT background, not business).
• Coach/player experience. Strong people management skills.
• Data governance knowledge.
• Reporting/dashboards (Power BI)
• Strong presentation skills (confidence), this role will have a lot of C-suite interaction.
• Self-starter, high performer
• Retail industry domain knowledge
• Strong analytical skills, strong business communications, and an ability to push back / prioritize business needs

The projected hourly range for this position is $115 to $135/hr.
